About the role

Responsibilities
- You provide expertise and manage civil BoP works for large battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- You conduct site visits during the project development phase
- You manage and coordinate external consultants for studies such as soil and geotechnical investigations
- Review and optimize plant designs from a civil engineering perspective (layout, terrain profiling, road construction, etc.)
- You prepare technical specifications and scope of work documents for EPC contractors and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the planning or construction of civil BoP works for energy or utility projects; knowledge of BESS / PV / P2G / Wind is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations; experience with the German VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen) is mandatory
- Strong communication skills, proven teamwork experience, and excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field
- Fluent German (C1), good English skills, and a high willingness to travel
