Responsibilities
- You are responsible for delivering demanding projects in the banking sector — with high quality, personal accountability, and a strong customer focus.
- Depending on your interests, you will focus on project management, business analysis, or specific regulatory/subject-matter topics (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, ESG, digitalization).
- You will purposefully develop your skills, supported by an individual development plan.
- As a (Senior) Manager, you actively shape your business case, contribute to maintaining sustainable utilization, and take responsibility for client development.
- Optionally, you will develop new consulting approaches or further build out our internal structures within the scope of corporate development.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Several years of consulting experience with a focus on banking topics
- Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: credit processes, payments, risk management, IT and digitalization strategies, regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, MaRisk)
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- An existing network within the banking or consulting environment with potential for business development
- University degree in economics, (business) mathematics, or a comparable field
- Excellent German and English skills.
