About the role
- Senior Consultant guiding end-to-end automation and AI projects for EU research and NGOs. Focusing on process automation and innovative technologies in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Advising on and implementing automation and AI solutions in EU-funded research projects
- Building and maintaining networks with research institutes, universities, and the robotics industry
- Supporting funding applications, compliance, and reporting (Horizon Europe, EU Grants)
- Developing use cases for robotics and AI, and optionally medical research (genetics, blood analytics)
- Stakeholder management at EU level, including presentations and workshops
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in automation (RPA) and AI projects
- Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, research networks)
- Experience with robotics technologies and their integration into research projects
- Optional: Expertise in medical processes (genetics, blood analysis)
- Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
