About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain API integrations to enhance the functionality and interoperability of our AIOps and Observability Platform.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support real-time data processing and analytics.
- Automate platform operations to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure the security and compliance of data and systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Experience with Python and Javascript; additional programming languages such as Rust or Go a plus.
- Knowledge of services like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Lambda for monitoring and logging.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with APIs and webhooks for integrating and extending monitoring solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience developing solutions with Python. Rust, Go, JavaScript or other programming languages in addition are a plus.
- Familiarity with at least one monitoring tool like Prometheus, Grafana, Moogsoft, Big Panda, ELK Stack or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize monitoring solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
