About the role
- Fleet Manager overseeing fleet management for over 150 vehicles in DACH and Benelux regions. Ensuring operational efficiency and developing leasing structures.
Responsibilities

- Mitarbeitende berätst du kompetent bei der Fahrzeugauswahl, Ausstattung und der Einhaltung geltender Richtlinien
- Du arbeitest eng mit Herstellern, Leasinggesellschaften und Händlern zusammen
- Du steuerst und überwachst das Schadenmanagement und stellst die Abstimmung mit Versicherungen, Werkstätten und Leasingpartnern sicher
- Du sorgst für Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit im Vertragsmanagement des Fuhrparks
- Fuhrparkprozesse und -reportings werden von dir analysiert und weiterentwickelt
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Relevante Erfahrung im Fleet- oder Fuhrparkmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Leasing- und Vertragsmanagement
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Fuhrparksoftware
