Requirements
- 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on accounting, individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax
- CPA license with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed personal charge hour goals and promote efficiency and productivity within the team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively improve and follow processes
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, tax and accounting software, and the ability to learn new applications
