Salesforce Administrator enhancing Signicat's Salesforce platform and ensuring operational effectiveness for sales and finance teams. Engaging stakeholders for business requirements and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Act as a Salesforce Administrator, working alongside the Salesforce team to maintain, optimize, and develop our Salesforce platform and its integrations with connected 3rd party components and services, including ERP, external subscription management and billing systems.
Ensure that our assisted sales- and online sales channels are operating efficiently. This involves maintaining and improving our Quote-to-Cash flows and related business processes.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, scope solutions, and translate them into functional specifications.
Contribute to the mapping and improvement of end-to-end enterprise process flows, including those interacting with our ERP system and other core business platforms.
Hands-on configuration and improvement of the Salesforce platform through all phases of development/configuration and deployment.
Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, and validation rules.
Creation of well-written documentation, both process and functional.
Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience, release management, and deployment expertise.
Proficient in all aspects of the Salesforce platform and a strong understanding of sales processes and flows.
Technical knowledge and experience of administration of the Salesforce platform and its different service offerings.
Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with Salesforce, particularly ERP, external subscription management and billing systems.
Experience with ERP functionality and an understanding of core enterprise processes (e.g., quote-to-cash) and their integration points with Salesforce is highly beneficial.
Experience and a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash processes and how these are supported by the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
Holds a Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and scoping business processes is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
Speaks and writes English fluently.
