About the role
- Providing analytical support in compensation management at Signature Aviation. Engaging in job evaluation and market pricing tasks to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical support in the management, administration, and implementation of compensation programs.
- Participates in a broad range of fixed, variable, and executive compensation activities to include job evaluation, market pricing, annual salary and incentive planning.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and partners to support the management of all compensation programs.
- Maintains compensation resources for both domestic and international employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimal experience to two (2) years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- **Language Skills: **Good written and verbal skills.** **Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
