About the role
- UI/UX Designer optimizing user journeys and interfaces for SiGMA's digital platforms. Collaborating with design and development teams in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user interfaces and user journeys across multiple websites (including AIBC, AGS, and related platforms).
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure visual consistency and timely implementation of website updates.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.
- Ensure responsive design and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with management and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Support continuous website improvements, campaign launches, and landing page updates.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and UI standards.
- Collaborate with distributed UX team members across different offices to ensure operational continuity and coverage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design and user journey optimization.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Ability to work closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working on content-driven or event-based websites is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
