Responsibilities
- Serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams
- Develop and communicate practical, risk-based recommendations

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience

- Experience in commercial technology transactions
- Knowledge of privacy/data protection and consumer-protection law
- Intellectual property knowledge (software and hardware)
- Meaningful experience advising product and engineering teams across the product lifecycle
- Strong project-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-lawyers at all levels of the organization.
