About the role
- Philanthropy Data and Reporting Analyst responsible for metrics development using Blackbaud CRM. Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize reporting and enhance decision making.
Responsibilities
- Developing and reporting on metrics using Blackbaud CRM and third-party applications
- Collaborate with PRM data analyst and database users to develop and optimize CRM reports
- Collaborate with Blackbaud CRM team to extract, validate, and present donor and donor pipeline information
- Act as a liaison between PRM team, CRM team, and field fundraisers in the development of data entry best practices
- Provide appropriate service, support, training, and advice to end users regarding the capabilities and functions of CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing implementation and technical support of CRM software, Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and/or BBCRM software
- Working knowledge of relational database architectures
- Experience with developing and implementing reporting vehicles and using a CRM software to query, extract, and/or load data
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office products suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree - or equivalent combination of training and experience in lieu of degree
