About the role
- Senior Compliance Analyst at Youse responsible for corporate compliance programs and regulatory reporting. Focused on legal adherence and internal stakeholder training in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Participate in corporate training programs and engage with organizational units, disseminating Compliance concepts, methods, and standards to ensure culture-building and continuous compliance within CNP Seguros Holding Brasil;
- Prepare technical opinions on compliance risks and decision-support reports focused on their area of responsibility;
- Provide support in planning the company's strategic projects on matters related to compliance;
- Monitor and assess the body of legislation, identifying the impact of regulations on business and services;
- Provide support to vendors, respecting their limits of authority;
- Prepare, create, analyze, and publish the data and indicators necessary to monitor the compliance system of CNP Seguros Holding Brasil;
- Evaluate the use of internal standards for the preparation of administrative manuals and promote the preparation/update of manuals related to their area of responsibility;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the internal control system tool, evaluating and validating the implementation of improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Compliance, including knowledge of SUSEP laws and regulations, the regulator of our business.
- Experience with the SUSEP and/or BACEN regulatory environment for monitoring official communications and the group's regulatory agenda.
- Experience preparing technical opinions on compliance risks and related reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across different areas of the company.
- Advanced English (advantage).
