Responsibilities
Proactively review internal processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and risk management improvements.
Draft impactful collateral, such as reports and updates on ministry efforts in Latin America and the Middle East, to support Marketing, Communications, and Development initiatives.
Conduct quality control on impact stories from Latin America and the Middle East to ensure they effectively meet organizational needs.
Develop short-term ministry tactic plans, as directed, for projects in Latin America and the Middle East.
Collaborate with teams worldwide to clean church partner data from Joomla and prepare agreed-upon datasets for migration into Power BI.
Ensure accurate and ongoing reporting and maintenance of church partner data post-migration.
Maintain an accurate Latin America and Middle East Team Drive filing system, ensuring proper record-keeping and tracking of original contracts, deadlines, and signatures, as well as all necessary follow-up documentation (e.g., Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or contracts).
Submit purchase order requests (via quotes) and invoices to Finance for timely remittance.
Maintain and manage Raiser’s Edge for ministry department data, including GO Trip events, running reports, and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing materials, agendas, itineraries, and presentations for ministry team meetings, trips, and partner meetings.
Requirements
4 years’ experience or greater in administration and/or project management
Exceptional command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Knowledge of project and event coordination and administration
Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in managing and coordinating details
Experience working with/in churches and denominations
A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Apple products (Google Drive, MS Word and Excel)
Experience with Blackbaud and Raisers Edge products
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-departmental team
