About the role

Responsibilities
- Gestion de projets d’infrastructure
- Piloter les projets d’infrastructure de manière globale
- Rédiger l'expression de besoins et lancer l'appel d'offres sur des outils IT
- Communiquer de manière régulière sur les différents sujets en cours
- Suivre le budget associé aux différents projets
- Définir, mettre à jour et exploiter les KPI de suivi des projets
- Effectuer un reporting régulier au management
- Être le garant de la bonne intégration informatique des cliniques
- Piloter la phase d’audit infrastructure en relation avec nos prestataires
- Établir un planning de mise en conformité du matériel et du réseau internet / téléphonie
- Présenter les outils et le fonctionnement de l’IT aux cliniques
- S’assurer de disposer de l’ensemble des éléments nécessaires pour assurer le support de la clinique
Requirements
- Diplôme minimum BAC +5 en informatique, systèmes et réseaux ou équivalent
- Expérience obligatoire d’au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- Expérience au sein d'un environnement multi-sites ou avec un grand nombre d’utilisateurs
- Expérience dans le monde retail ou réseau vétérinaire serait un plus
- Solide expertise sur les infrastructures télécoms (réseau, téléphonie fixe, téléphonie mobile)
- Capacité à rédiger des spécifications techniques
- Bon niveau en pilotage de projet, une certification serait un plus
- Très bon esprit d’analyse
- Bonne expérience en reporting
- Leadership
- Bon relationnel, capacité d’écoute et pédagogie auprès des utilisateurs
- Sens du service utilisateur
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
- Très bonne communication tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
