Responsibilities
Designing and delivering impactful community employability programmes, workshops and outreach activities
Building strong, collaborative relationships with community partners, charities, universities and internal teams
Supporting adults and young people into programmes, training and employment opportunities
Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and duty of care
Capturing robust data and outcomes to demonstrate social value and continuous improvement
Maintaining programme materials, guidance packs, content and reporting
Requirements
Hands‑on experience designing and delivering programmes or initiatives
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage varied audiences
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for supporting people and communities facing barriers to opportunity
Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable experience: Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks, Careers & Enterprise Company standards or DfE provider access expectations
Familiarity with the Skills Builder Framework
Experience working with priority cohorts (e.g. care experienced, SEND, long‑term unemployed)
Understanding of social value, outcome reporting or evidence‑led practice
