About the role

- You turn “dry” FAQs, tickets and documentation into engaging, helpful forum posts
- You design moderation guidelines and role concepts so our users feel comfortable
- You document your work so the forum can continue to grow successfully after your internship
- During these two months, the MR.KNOW community forum will be your responsibility. Your goal: a lively, well‑structured platform for our users.
Requirements
- You are a enrolled student (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Media Informatics, or Technical Documentation)
- You write confidently in German (C1) and have a knack for texts that are both precise and inviting
- You are enthusiastic about software products
- Experience with a CMS or Discourse is a plus — if not, we will teach you
- You enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail, and love bringing order to complex information
