About the role
- Video Content Creator developing and realizing video formats for SERVIEW's channels. Collaborating with marketing to showcase the company's spirit and values through impactful storytelling.
Responsibilities
- You develop and produce video formats for our channels — from social media and careers to corporate branding.
- You make trainings, consulting projects, events, and daily work visible — emotional, relatable, and authentic.
- You don't just capture moments; you tell stories — about everyday life at SERVIEW, our spirit, and our people.
- You work closely with our marketing team to develop new video formats and give SERVIEW a face — your moving images become the voice of our brand.
- You bring new ideas, experiment, and grow your role over time.
Requirements
- You love storytelling and know how to reach people with moving images.
- You are proficient with camera work, editing, sound, and lighting — and think in scenes, not single shots.
- You bring creative ideas and can implement them independently.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a good sense for tone and timing.
- You speak fluent German — for briefings, interviews, and copy.
- Ideally: experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
