- Senior Analyst focusing on new business opportunities at Sem Parar Corpay. Responsible for strategic analyses and business expansions with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Map, evaluate and prioritize organic and inorganic growth opportunities (new markets, products, channels and acquisitions).
- Conduct strategic and financial analyses (valuation, financial modeling, feasibility and return analysis).
- Build business cases and executive materials to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Support the development of strategic and commercial partnerships.
- Design, in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders, new solutions and products that complement the company’s portfolio.
- Develop market studies, competitive intelligence and trend analyses to inform the expansion agenda.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Commercial) to enable and implement approved initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Previous experience in New Business, M&A, Corporate Development, Strategy, Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking.
- Proven experience in financial modeling.
- Proven experience in new product design and partnership structuring.
- Experience preparing business cases and executive materials for senior leadership.
- Experience in business expansion projects, new markets or new products.
- Experience interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
