Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient management of condominium operations.
- Facilitate communication between the condominium manager (síndico), the governing board, and residents.
- Manage finances while maintaining high standards of quality in facilities and services.
- Provide direct support to the condominium manager and the governing board.
- Administer account entries and oversee relevant tax matters.
- Organize and prepare assemblies, including the management of virtual and in-person meetings.
- Develop, manage, and ensure budget forecasting and the preparation of interim financial statements (trial balances).
- Supervise and ensure that budgeting, procurement, and supplier contract administration processes are performed efficiently.
- Manage the resident service team, including training, performance evaluation, and feedback.
- Maintain document filing controls and manage communications via email and phone.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in condominium management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in financial administration and a solid understanding of tax regulations.
- Strong people management skills and team leadership.
