Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline preferred
Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation
Certification in one of the following areas required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma)
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required
Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred
