- Certification in one of the following areas required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, Six Sigma)
- Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required
- Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred
