Responsibilities
- Aktive Betreuung unserer Website über CMS WordPress inklusive Content, SEO, Conversion-Optimierung
- Planung und Umsetzung von Online-Kampagnen (Sales, Recruiting etc.)
- Betreuung und Auswertung digitaler Kanäle (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Erstellung und Versand von Newslettern
- Entwicklung digitaler Inhalte (Texte, Grafiken, Videos) für Website und Social Media
- Unterstützung bei Foto- und Videoproduktionen, Schnitt und Aufbereitung
- Gestaltung von Flyern, Bannern, Präsentationen und Broschüren
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Designs über alle Kanäle hinweg
- Mitdenken und Mitgestalten bei der Marketingstrategie von secura protect
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Social-Media-Kollegin für kanalübergreifende Kampagnen
- Ideenentwicklung für Employer Branding, Vertrieb und interne Kommunikation
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften - oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 2–5 Jahre) im Online- und Digital-Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gute Kenntnisse in Online-Kampagnenmanagement, SEO, SEA, Newsletter-Marketing
- Sicherer Umgang mit Canva, CapCut oder anderer Gestaltungs-Software
- Routine im Umgang mit CMS WordPress
- Grundkenntnisse in Video- und Bildbearbeitung (z. B. CapCut, Canva)
- Spaß an Text, Design und strategischem Denken
- Analytischer Blick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Gespür für Markenwirkung
