About the role
- Customer Risk Manager responsible for risk management and due diligence in finance sector projects. Collaborating with teams to develop risk mitigation measures and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für das Customer Risk Management für Projektkunden und Steuerung risikobezogener Prozesse entlang der Kundenbeziehung
- Organisation und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen für Kunden und externe Service Provider
- Identifikation von Risiken auf Unternehmensebene und Entwicklung geeigneter Risikominderungsmaßnahmen
- Begleitung, Überwachung, Bewertung und Ermöglichung strategischer Initiativen und Projekte bezüglich Risiken
- Unterstützung in risikopolitischen Fragestellungen, insbesondere bei der Weiterentwicklung der Risikostrategie
- Bewertung von Kundenrisiken und Entscheidungen für Risikominderungsmaßnahmen
- Förderung des unternehmensweiten Bewusstseins für Risikomanagement und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter
Requirements
- mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Risikomanagement im Finanzsektor
- Erfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr und Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
- analytisches und strategisches Denken, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- klare Kommunikation, Teamarbeit, Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Freude an komplexen Aufgaben und Eigeninitiative
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Jira, Jira Service Management und Confluence
- SQL-Kenntnisse zur Datenanalyse
