About the role
- Domain Architect for the WAM division at SEB, focusing on innovations in wealth and asset management. Leading strategic transformations and architecting solutions to enhance client services.
Responsibilities
- Assume the Domain Architect leadership for the PWM&FO and ITS areas and develop and implement architecture strategy and transformation plans.
- Closely lead, guide, inspire and positively challenge the team of Solution Architects to jointly achieve the high ambitions for our business goals.
- Propose and implement future-ready, modern, secure and stable solutions that attract and service our clients and gain their trust.
- Interact with domain, enterprise and solution architects in relevant parts of SEB to be able to align and materialize your architecture roadmaps. Part of your responsibility is to actively participate in the SEB architect community.
- Closely cooperate, communicate and interact with stakeholders within business and business services to truly understand needs, anchor your ideas and shape sustainable solutions.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective cross-collaboration.
- Drive change related to staffing, upskilling and work force planning.
- Serve as the domain architect for the Wealth domain.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate architectural teams to achieve strategic objectives, supported by relevant leadership experience.
- Extensive background in senior-level architecture roles, with a proven record of implementing major transformation initiatives successfully.
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust among stakeholders and partners. Maintains a strong commitment to delivering tangible solutions through a focused, goal-driven approach.
- Advanced oral and written communication abilities, adept at articulating concepts, visualizing architectural roadmaps, and engaging effectively with stakeholders across Business, Business Services, and Tech.
- Employs a pragmatic yet creative mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges.
- Well-anchored in IT, data and AI ensuring plans are grounded in an understanding of current technologies, client requirements, and emerging opportunities.

- In addition to formal education or training, possess passion and knowledge of the Wealth & Asset Management and PWM&FO domains.
