About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Start at 15+ sessions/week
- Ramp toward 24+ sessions/week for full-time benefits
- Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (at no cost)
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and external providers
- Uphold high ethical and professional standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Currently registered (or eligible within 60 days) as: RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI
- Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
- Commitment to building a steady caseload of 15+ sessions/week with our referral support
- Strong engagement in supervision and professional development
