Responsibilities
Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
Start at 15+ sessions/week
Ramp toward 24+ sessions/week for full-time benefits
Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (at no cost)
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with colleagues and external providers
Uphold high ethical and professional standards
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Currently registered (or eligible within 60 days) as: RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI
Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
Commitment to building a steady caseload of 15+ sessions/week with our referral support
Strong engagement in supervision and professional development
