Responsibilities
Project Management: manage daily schedules for campaigns, launches and contracts end-to-end.
Scope Control: define and control scope, assumptions, constraints and technical requirements.
Main Point of Contact: act as the primary link between Account Services and the creative, strategy, digital, production and other teams.
Monitoring: track daily progress, deadlines and approvals, ensuring quality standards and established SLAs.
Risk Management: identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation to prevent delays.
Workload Allocation: responsible for assigning the team's tasks and reporting estimated effort hours together with team leaders.
Deadline Guardian: ensure through schedules and continuous tracking that projects are delivered according to the deadlines agreed with the client.
Fluent English: required for direct client communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
Organized and proactive;
Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools;
Experience in account management/project management in agencies;
Ability to communicate effectively with all agency departments and at different managerial levels;
Proactivity to negotiate deadlines, follow up on deliveries and resolve issues autonomously;
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands;
Analytical thinking to interpret metrics and support decision-making.
