Responsibilities
- You implement AI-first applications and integrate them into intelligent workflows for our enterprise software
- You evaluate new frameworks, tools and AI technologies (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, AI SDK) and build prototypes
- You design and develop modern web and backend architectures with a focus on scalability, cloud services, telemetry & tracing
- You ensure quality through automated tests, CI/CD pipelines and well-maintained infrastructure
- You work with internal stakeholders and customers to identify and implement new AI use cases
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript or Python (Java as an alternative)
- Experience with Node.js and developing scalable server architectures; confident handling of authentication and databases
- Good knowledge of SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
- Enthusiasm for generative and statistical AI, with initial practical experience using tools such as LangChain, TensorFlow or an AI SDK
- Knowledge of Docker, AWS (or a comparable cloud platform), and monitoring/tracing tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger) is a plus
- Good German and English skills, team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
