About the role
- Salesforce CRM Developer designing and developing Salesforce solutions for SCP Health. Leading enhancements to core business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams while staying current with platform changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to support core business processes
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, and Record Types
- Collaborate with Product Team/Owner and business analysts to optimize reporting, automation, and user workflows
- Champion process improvement initiatives and stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and deployment
- 2+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform including Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices
