About the role

• Senior Developer responsible for enhancing hybrid mobile applications at Supergasbras. Ensuring performance, responsiveness, and technical excellence using React Native framework.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for taking our hybrid mobile apps to the next level.
• Your mission is to ensure performance, responsiveness, technical excellence and scalable code by leveraging the best of the React Native ecosystem.
• Build and evolve hybrid mobile app interfaces and features using React Native, with a focus on smoothness and user experience.
• Translate UX/UI requirements into robust technical solutions, working closely with designers, product teams and other developers.
• Work across the full software lifecycle, promoting agile practices, collaboration and quality engineering.
• Create and maintain unit, integration and performance tests to ensure stability and reliability of deliveries.
• Optimize the app for different screen sizes, devices and OS versions — always aiming for performance, caching and efficiency.
• Integrate APIs and web services with security, best practices and a focus on decoupling.
• Use modern tools such as ESLint, Prettier, Redux, Webpack, Mocha and Jest to ensure standardization and high-quality code.
• Apply componentization and modularization to increase reuse, scalability and productivity.
• Contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture, Design System, pipelines and internal automations.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields — or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Portuguese to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing mobile applications using React / React Native.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and collaboration in product teams.
• Ability to integrate APIs and web services with security, standardization and best practices.
• Experience with frontend testing (unit, integration, performance) and ecosystem tooling.
• Proficiency with React.js, Redux, Webpack and related tools.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and libraries such as Mocha and Jest.
• Regular use of tools like ESLint and Prettier to ensure clean, standardized and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of componentization, modularization and code reuse.
