- Become an AI Software Engineer at Digitale Leute School, involved in product development and education. Participate in a bootcamp that offers coaching and mentorship in AI software engineering.
Responsibilities
- From developer to co-creator: as AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence on product development grows.
- You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your findings into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
- Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: you develop software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable long-term — based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
- You identify risks associated with AI usage, monitor AI decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and system performance.
- AI-supported development & deployment: you use modern AI tools to build stable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing, and deploy securely.
- You keep track of AI decisions — from quality and compliance with your requirements to observability in production.
- Orchestrate AI as a team member: you apply AI strategically within the team, develop agents for different tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration.
- You automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP — enabling real AI features that deliver measurable value.
