About the role

Responsibilities
- Je leidt uitdagende projecten voor onze klanten: van analyse, naar advies tot en met implementatie
- Je levert waarde op alle lagen van de organisatie van de klant
- Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten en je eigen netwerk
- Je begeleidt, coacht en traint collega’s en klanten
- Je hebt een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen en laten groeien van de Operations Service Line
- Je werkt aan innovaties en nieuwe proposities (bijv. AI enabled OpEx) voor onze klanten in samenwerking met het BearingPoint-netwerk
Requirements
- Je hebt een relevante masteropleiding
- 5+ jaar werkervaring
- Ervaring in en wordt enthousiast van het leiden van (consulting) teams en projecten
- Expertise in het aanjagen van innovatie, prestatieverbeteringen en procesverbeteringen in operationele omgevingen (certificering in Lean Six Sigma is een pré)
- Kennis en ervaring in de energiesector
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
