Responsibilities
You will be part of a team responsible for the safety of our ten dam structures
In your role, you will determine the current structural condition of our reservoirs and dams by evaluating a wide range of data that you collect through various means (e.g., functional checks, inspection walks, measurement data, etc.)
As a team, you will prepare our annual safety reports as well as measurement and operating instructions
You will coordinate internal and external specialists for conducting in-depth inspections of our dam walls, embankments and steps and define the required measures
After a comprehensive and in-depth onboarding, you will gradually assume increasing responsibility
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on hydraulic engineering and/or geotechnical engineering, or equivalent professionally acquired expertise
Analytical skills for assessing complex issues
A genuine interest in dam structures and their safety
Enjoy working in a team
Driver’s license (Class B)
Initial experience in dam safety (nice-to-have)
