About the role

Responsibilities
- Strategic, operational and conceptual support for the CFO on issues and subject matters
- Planning, organizing, and preparation and follow-up of board meetings, Audit Committee meetings, and events
- Tracking and follow-up of tasks for the Finance & IT Executive and the Finance & IT Board
- Data preparation and analysis, and creation of presentations and materials for internal and external communication
- Preparation and interpretation of financial metrics
- Gathering, preparing and analyzing information to support informed decision‑making
- Participation in quarterly and year‑end closing activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Managing communication and coordination of topics within the Finance & IT function, across board areas, and with other departments in the group's matrix organization
- Leading central projects within the Finance & IT function and taking on ad‑hoc special assignments
Requirements
- Excellent university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Law or a related field; PhD or MBA is a plus
- International internships or study‑abroad semesters
- Relevant professional experience in finance, strategy or corporate development within an internationally oriented corporation or a management consultancy
- High drive, commitment, flexibility and personal resilience, as well as a strong motivation for professional development
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a structured, solution‑oriented working style
