About the role
- IT Network & Security Specialist responsible for secure data center operations and infrastructure development. Involved in IT security improvements through modernization and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the IT Infrastructure & Security team, you will share responsibility for the stable and secure in-house operation of our data centers and the infrastructure in the areas of networks and IT security.
- You will actively participate in the further development of our highly available, virtualized IT infrastructure across Storage, Compute and Network & Security.
- You will focus on the continuous modernization of our tools and the improvement of our IT security processes, including penetration testing, phishing campaigns, awareness sessions and Red Teaming / Purple Teaming.
Requirements
- IT expertise: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Experience & IT security: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a technical focus on IT security.
- Networking & Microsoft knowledge: Good knowledge of network technologies and basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Servers, M365, Azure, Exchange Online).
- Structured & independent working style: You keep an overview, work in a solution-oriented manner and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Team player with an innovative mindset: You enjoy working in a team and have an interest in new technologies.
