Analista SR managing JIRA processes in a strategic role at Scanntech, ensuring operational efficiency in São Paulo. Involved in continuous improvement and process management across various channels.
Responsibilities
Act strategically in handling and managing JIRAs (tickets) for the Retail Chains, Key Account, Pharmacy, Pets and Perfumery channels, ensuring proper prioritization, clear direction, swift resolution of requests and alignment with business objectives.
Be responsible for orchestrating requests across internal teams, ensuring scope clarity, deadline adherence and delivery quality, with a focus on operational stability and satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and drive continuous improvement across channels, identifying bottlenecks, opportunities for automation, process standardization and evolution of operational flows.
Track performance indicators, demand volume, SLAs and recurrence patterns, producing executive-level analyses and directing corrective and preventive actions.
Serve as a technical and operational reference for the supported channels, ensuring governance, predictability and scalability of operations.
Work alongside the Specialist on new product developments, assisting with internal validations and identifying discrepancies.
Contribute to the maturity growth of the channels, supporting strategic initiatives, expansion projects and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Process Management, Logistics or related fields.
Experience managing tickets and requests strategically using JIRA (or similar tools), including prioritization, organization and end-to-end follow-up.
Experience monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (SLA, demand volume, recurrence, backlog), with a critical mindset and results orientation.
Advanced knowledge of process management, continuous improvement, workflow standardization and operational stability.
