About the role

Responsibilities
- Optimize the purchasing process with the goal of sustainably reducing inefficient procedures and waste.
- Develop training materials and deliver training across the organization on the purchasing process.
- Negotiate framework agreements and analyze potential for purchasing centralization.
- Work actively with central purchasing in Sweden.
- Prepare cost calculations for purchasing projects.
- Update the intranet platform and maintain our dealer system.
- Prepare statistics and reports.
- Report to the CFO.
Requirements
- Qualification as a purchasing specialist with a Swiss federal certificate (eidg. FA), or a technical background in the commercial vehicle industry combined with commercial experience.
- Strong business/financial acumen.
- Experience in inventory management and project management.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Negotiation-level French is an advantage.
- Very good user-level skills in MS Office programs.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in conducting results-oriented negotiations.
