About the role

  • Analyst for supply governance supporting procurement and inventory teams in identifying improvements and analyzing KPIs. Responsible for compliance, audits, and implementing corporate governance best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing and contract policies
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and audit requirements
  • Monitor risks related to suppliers and procurement processes
  • Support the implementation of corporate governance best practices
  • Identify improvement opportunities and efficiency gains
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards
  • Propose data-driven action plans
  • Prepare materials and evidence for internal and external audits
  • Perform control testing and identify non-conformities
  • Monitor corrective action plans
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technological improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in Procurement/Purchasing
  • Analytical thinking and critical judgment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with KPIs
  • Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS)
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
