Service Backoffice medewerker verantwoordelijk voor administratieve afhandeling in de automotive sector. Samenwerken met Service Managers en Service Advisors en mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken.
Responsibilities
De volledige administratieve afhandeling doen van alle werkzaamheden uitgevoerd in de eigen werkplaatsen van Scania in België en Luxemburg
Het opmaken van zowel interne als externe facturen en afhandelen van garantie aanvragen
De volledige werkorderflow monitoren en bijsturen waar nodig
Requirements
Technisch-commercieel inzicht en ervaring binnen de automotive sector
Kennis van de gangbare IT systemen, software pakketten
Zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid
Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans is een must
