About the role

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision for critical domains
- Architect complex subsystems for the entire company
- Design and scale high-throughput engines for transaction ledger and payment orchestration
- Provide infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Develop and optimize services for credit risk and fraud detection
- Contribute actively to product development lifecycle and define requirements
- Mentor the next generation of engineers and foster a culture of high-quality engineering
Requirements
- At least 7 years of related experience in back-end software engineering
- Proven track record of architecting and maintaining microservices in a high-paced environment
- Deep experience working with Java
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
- Able to communicate in a structured and convincing manner
- Proven ability to generate intellectual property and thought leadership
- Passionate about FinTech or startup environments
- Fluent in English
