Responsibilities
- správa a rozvoj modulů SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning ve spolupráci s externím AMS partnerem
- vedení HRIS projektů od návrhu po implementaci (aktivní řízení změn a komunikace s uživateli)
- hledání možností automatizace, zefektivnění a digitalizace HR procesů
- poskytování odborné podpory pro konfigurace, testování a rozvoj systému
- úzká spolupráce s týmy HR, IT a dodavateli při nastavování nových funkcionalit
- řešení incidentů, monitoring výkonu systému a koordinace změnového řízení
- sledování trendů v oblasti HR technologií
Requirements
- min. SŠ vzdělání v ekonomickém oboru, IT, nebo obdobném
- technické znalosti v oblasti datových struktur, systémových integrací a IT konfigurací
- zkušenost s konfigurací a správou HR systémů (ideálně SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning)
- minimálně 2 roky praxe s konfigurací SuccessFactors modulů (Talent, Learning); zkušenost s EC, Recruiting nebo Onboarding výhodou
- minimálně 3 roky zkušeností s HR systémy, procesním řízením nebo implementací
- znalost principů datové bezpečnosti a GDPR
- zkušenosti s řízením projektů, certifikace Agile / Scrum / PMP výhodou
- plynulá angličtina pro každodenní práci v mezinárodním prostředí
