Requirements
Completed degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Facility Management, Operations, Energy, Building, Electrical or Supply Engineering OR technical vocational training, e.g., as a sanitary/heating/air-conditioning technician (SHK) or electrical technician
Several years of professional experience in facility management plus initial leadership experience
Effective day-to-day organization skills combined with flexibility
Service- and solution-oriented mindset
Appreciative and development-focused people management
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
Class B driving licence
