Responsibilities
- Lead strategic briefings and define the full scope of productions and events.
- Plan strategies, formats, scripts, schedules, and complex budgets.
- Anticipate risks and needs, creating robust plans.
- Orchestrate all event operations (activations, conventions, launches, press kits, etc.).
- Select, negotiate with, and manage vendors with a focus on quality and cost.
- Oversee all logistics (setup, teardown, infrastructure, sound, lighting, backstage).
- Act as the focal point during operations, making quick decisions.
- Produce and validate scripts, run sheets, shot breakdowns, and technical materials.
- Lead filming, photography, lighting, and capture teams.
- Ensure premium recording standards and alignment with the brand identity.
- Review and approve post-production deliverables (edits, soundtracks, animations, motion graphics, etc.).
- Mentor the team, structuring processes and best practices.
- Manage communications with internal departments, executives, and influencers.
- Present projects, proposals, results, and metrics.
- Plan and control substantial budgets, prepare reports, and measure KPIs.
- Identify operational improvements and optimize processes, ensuring technical, legal, and safety compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Audiovisual, or a related field.
- Advanced experience in audiovisual production, including capture and post-production supervision.
- Strong experience in sound editing and technical quality management.
- Proficiency in preparing, controlling, and analyzing budgets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is essential.
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics and After Effects is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
