About the role
- Marketing Project Management Intern supporting Cosmo Prof Beauty’s corporate marketing team. Ensuring marketing projects are delivered efficiently and on time with hands-on exposure to marketing operations and project management.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, events, and content initiatives
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple marketing workstreams
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as brand marketing, creative, digital, social, PR, and merchandising teams
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports to support clear communication and visibility
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing planning, competitive insights, and process improvements
- Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency within marketing projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management or marketing tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize information and provide updates
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment with changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in marketing operations, brand management, and the professional beauty industry
