- Pragmatically structure the Data Platform to support a wide range of use cases
- Work closely with AI, Software and Infrastructure teams
- Manage, support, and develop the Data team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience in Python
- Excellent organizational skills; autonomous and proactive
- Good understanding of DevOps-related tools (CI/CD, monitoring, logging, configuration management, etc.)
- Pedagogical and enjoy coaching colleagues to help Deep Learning Scientists improve their development practices
- Knowledge of ML engineering and MLOps is a plus
