Responsibilities
- Steuerung und Analyse der Vertriebsleistung
- Mitwirkung bei der jährlichen Vertriebs- und Ertragsplanung / Erstellung von Forecasts und unterjährigen Hochrechnungen inkl. Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen
- Ergebnisrechnung und Profitabilitätsanalysen durch Produkt-, Kunden- und Kundensegmentkalkulationen.
- Steuerung auf Basis von Marktzinsmethode, Konditionsbeiträgen und Strukturbeiträgen
- Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Controlling von Vertriebszielen, Sicherstellung der Konsistenz zwischen Vertriebsanreizen und Gesamtbankzielen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Vertriebsreportings und Analysen / Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für Vertriebsleiter und Vorstand
- Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungsinstrumenten und Optimierung von KPIs
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene bankfachliche Ausbildung ergänzt um eine berufsbezogene Fortbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse im Controlling einer Bank
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein "Faible für Zahlen" ergänzt um eine ausgeprägte Konzeptionsfähigkeit
- Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse und Vertriebssteuerung im Bankenumfeld
- Eine selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch.
