About the role
- Risk Manager assessing the economic situations of corporate clients in Germany. Analyzing credit documents and monitoring credit engagements with a focus on risk factors.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and voting on the financial situation of new and existing credit exposures of normal complexity
- Reviewing financial conditions
- Identifying key risk factors and voting on own exposures
- Analyzing credit documentation (e.g., balance sheets, asset or project documents)
- Performing and validating ratings as well as supporting the sales units in rating processes
- Conducting exposure-related credit monitoring
- Approving the borrower group and authorizing disbursements by signing the control note
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration or completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) supplemented by equivalent further qualification
- Relevant professional experience
- Solid and up-to-date technical knowledge
- Strong analytical skills as well as pronounced conceptual ability and adaptability to change
- Fluent German (negotiation-level)
