About the role
- ERP Project Manager leading ERP solutions at Saab, ensuring compliance and overseeing IFS installations. Collaborating with teams globally while handling complex industry requirements and security vetting.
Responsibilities
- Lead current and future ERP solutions in accordance with good practice, compliance regulations and business requirements
- Maintain, adapt and develop the current IFS installation at Surveillance
- Lead the continuous evergreen version management of IFS with new technology
- Coordinate and prioritize all work with Saab central ERP support organization and external suppliers
- Be responsible for decisions regarding solutions based on total input
- Involvement in decisions that enable colleagues to work together globally.
Requirements
- Expert project management skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of businesses and business processes
- Knowledge of ERP/IFS Applications
- Strong communication skills, both writing and speaking
- Technical skills and deeper technical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably IFS)
- Experience in large, complex industries
- Understanding of processes, e.g. design, supply chain, production
- Understanding of requirements, e.g. EN9100, Export Control, Security of information
- General and broad technical knowledge and interest
- Must pass security vetting based on regulations regarding security protection.
