About the role
- Multimedia Designer creating video projects for RxBenefits. Responsible for developing multimedia content ideas and collaborating with marketing team members.
Responsibilities
- Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, copywriters, creative directors, social media managers, and/or other members of the Marketing team
- Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animation
- Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to the specifications of a variety of media
- Collaborating with graphic designers and creative directors to create digital media as part of a cohesive campaign
- Performing media edits based on feedback
- Preparing artwork and media for final approval and distribution
- Attending and assisting with video shoots on-site, if local or able to travel
- All other assigned duties
Requirements
- College degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field strongly preferred
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role
- A portfolio of multimedia design content showing skills and experience
- Intermediate-to advanced-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or other 3D programs is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of visual design principles and motion graphics
- Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context
- Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively
