Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve Envision’s visual identity
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline materials
Develop and manage visual guidelines when needed
Create high-impact visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Design hiring campaigns and employer branding materials
Produce creatives for paid digital campaigns
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and website
Create motion graphics and basic animations when needed
Optimize video content for different platforms
Design and update website visuals including banners, landing pages, and digital assets
Support UI/UX improvements and user journey enhancements
Collaborate on Figma prototypes and layout improvements
Ensure visual consistency across web pages
Design company profiles, proposals, brochures, and presentations
Prepare client-facing pitch decks and documentation
Develop internal documentation and branded materials
Manage print-ready files and offline assets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, corporate, and motion work
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Adobe InDesign is mandatory
Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
Figma proficiency required
UI/UX experience is a strong plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing both digital and print materials
Basic understanding of website management (WordPress or similar is a plus)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, presentable, and capable of managing multiple projects
