About the role
- Finance Analyst managing financial processes, payments, and administrative support in a hybrid model. Collaborating with financial teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of the company’s financial routines, including payments, receivables, and billing;
- Manage tax invoices (notas fiscais), payment slips (boletos) and the billing flow by client;
- Work in partnership with the Tax team, ensuring billing history and updating client data;
- Process general payments, including service providers (PJ - legal entities), in accordance with company policies;
- Manage system and portal subscriptions and corporate access;
- Organize corporate travel, including flights, accommodations and employee support;
- Support organization and maintenance of office facilities (facilities);
- Monitor administrative requests and control office items and supplies;
- Serve as the central point for financial requests received via email, triaging, routing and tracking submissions;
- Contribute to organizing financial processes and the continuous improvement of the area.
Requirements
- Strong experience in finance with a generalist background;
- Experience managing a team;
- Experience with accounts payable routines, billing and financial control;
- Familiarity with internal policies and organizing financial processes;
- Experience managing facilities and administrative structure is a plus.
