Responsibilities

Serve as a team member and role model working within an Agile Release Train (ART) on the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital solutions.
Interact with end customers by providing demonstrations or engaging in technical issues requiring subject matter expertise and driving issues to closure.
Collaborate with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define service and application roadmaps supporting OneCollins.
Ensure compliance with quality, Security, Global Trade Policies, and RTX cybersecurity policies.
Champion industry standards and best practices of systems engineering.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, TeamWork Cloud, Matlab, Polarion, JAMA, TestRail, TestForward) and standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO 15288).
Experience with Agile/SAFe implementation using JIRA and Confluence.
Strong understanding of digital engineering implementations across the lifecycle.
