- Interact with end customers by providing demonstrations or engaging in technical issues requiring subject matter expertise and driving issues to closure.
- Collaborate with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define service and application roadmaps supporting OneCollins.
- Ensure compliance with quality, Security, Global Trade Policies, and RTX cybersecurity policies.
- Champion industry standards and best practices of systems engineering.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Cameo, TeamWork Cloud, Matlab, Polarion, JAMA, TestRail, TestForward) and standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO 15288).
- Experience with Agile/SAFe implementation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of digital engineering implementations across the lifecycle.
- Experience delivering products/systems within highly regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, defense).
